Strength Training for Women in Stroud
Would you like to be part of a small group of women who work out in a private gym, guided by a fully qualified female instructor?
If the answer is yes, then join us every Friday evening from 6pm-7pm at Stroud Rugby Club.

Increases muscle strength/mass, challenging our bodies, whilst enabling us to perform everyday tasks with ease.

Decreases our risk of injury, helping our balance and body alignment as well as flexibility.
What to expect
What to expect from the Friday evening Strength and Conditioning class.
This class focuses on increasing strength, muscle tone, and overall fitness. Each week, we focus on an individual lift, concentrating on form, technique, and efficiency. The class will also include a Crossfit-style, high-intensity workout using weights and equipment.
This will be a whole-body strength training workout so it stands alone. It is also the perfect accompaniment to any other fitness / sporting activities you may do.
Numbers are limited to enable our instructors to monitor, advise, and most importantly coach.
