Online Group Exercise & Fitness Classes 

In addition to our wide range of in-person exercise and fitness classes, we also offer the following online classes (via Zoom). 
 
Again, these are designed to suit everyone, from the raw beginner to the experienced athlete, and are open to both men and women. 

30 mins Full Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 

This high-intensity class is an amazing calorie burner and muscle toner. In fact, most people will burn the same number of calories in 30 minutes using this technique as they would performing constant cardio or muscle strengthening exercises for 45-60 minutes. HIIT also increases lung capacity and blood flow throughout the body. 

30 mins Upper Body Strengthening

30 mins Lower Body Strengthening 

In this class we work on your legs and glutes, and consequently your core. We use short, looped resistance bands if you have them, but equally this class can be done with no equipment. 

30 mins 'Core Blast' 

This is a short yet challenging workout that targets your abs, back and midriff. A strong core will help you with balance, posture and overall strength.
